Young thespians

A “Don Quixote”-inspired satire, a Sherlock Holmes story turned
into a groovy ’70s-style cop show and a re-telling of “Pride and
Prejudice” from the guys’ point of view make up a new evening of
theater from Actor’s Factory, running Friday through Sunday, March
11-13.

“Novel Ideas” will feature young performers
between the ages of 11 and 17 presenting work by local playwrights,
including Terese Kattner, Christian Neuhaus (“You’ve Ruined A
Perfectly Good Mystery!”) and Doug Reed.

Performances begin at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2:30
p.m. on Sunday at the Stoughton Opera House, 381 E. Main St., in
Stoughton. A $5 donation is requested. Visit facebook.com/ActorsFactory
for more information or call the opera house box office at
877-4400.
